Luxe Megahorn Tipi Hot Tent

I'm looking at getting a Hot tent that I can put a small wood burning stove into. Currently I am using a Marmont 2 person and a mr Buddy heater but I just don't like having the propane heater going while sleeping not to mention carrying extra cylinders. I'm not looking for an Ultralight tent/tipi but a Megahorn isn't that heavy at 4.5/5lbs. I was also looking into a titanium stove.
The tent will be used for two people with a stove during hunting season.

Does anyone have any experience with the Megahorn or similar type Tipi tent? Are there other styles to look at? I did find an A style hot tent that looked like it might have a bit more room but not sure if they will handle weather as well as a Tipi.

A buddy bought a "hot tent" and stove for use here in co-- then he sold them with basically no use -- reason=== fire restrictions during hunting season don't allow any use of flames other than enclosed propane the last few years in the area we hunt

I have a good bag. Problem is though when temps drop below zero even the below zero bags don't seem to cut it. A stove can be stoked and last a couple of hours.

But it sure is nice to heat that tent up in the morning while waking up and getting ready. Been there and done that.

I just got a tipi and stove. I'm pretty excited to get out and use It. I didn't not go with Luxe and have never seen one in person but I saw a lot more negative reviews than positive. They are also made in China. Put your money where your MAGA Is and buy something made in the USA.

You have a good bag like western mountaineering bison or cypress for -30 to -45 or so degree comfort, a good bag like feathered friends which go down to -60, sea to summits Alpine for -40 territory...

Or you have a good bag like you bought a $200 Amazon bag that says it's for 0 degrees and hey, that must mean it's good?

My new bag will be the Western Mountaineering cypress with overfill for -35 or so comfort, going with it over the bison simply because I like that it can be completely opened for a quilt like experience when warmer.

Seek outside is where I'm going for a hot tent, courthouse is my baby as far as I'm concerned, with liner, and a nest, and I'll be backpacking it around solo. I hate camping in a tent, so I'm bringing home with me...

I have a Coleman that I bought from Walmart. Hahahahaha

I have a Marmont, forget the model name but it's down and rated to -0. It's a good bag but i'm sort of outgrowing it so I think I may need a newer one. I've been looking at the Wester Mountaineering as well.

bought the 8man SEEK Outside last year. I spent 7 night in Colorado last season and the Ti wood stove was clutch! I would burn it in the evening and light it a few minutes before we wanted to get out of bed. Coffee was ready when I was and got dressed in the warmth!

Read reviews on the foreign made tents and you will understand.
