Left to Right
6 Grendel 105 Berger 2.380 (basically 6 ARC)
25 Grendel 131 ACE 2.580
6.5 Grendel 123 SST 2.250 (factory)
6.5 creedmoor

I'm thinking 12.5" bolt rifle suppressed!
The 131 should get around 2450fps. At 600 yards it's at 1800fps with 1000 lbs of energy.
Wind drift is still pretty impressive at 1000 yards as well and doesn't go subsonic until 1400 yards.
You could also run the 90gr Absolute Hammers around ~3050fps

This would be COOL!! I want to see it happen and hear back on range report.

A Very Cool do it all rifle in a short package. I'm trying to get someone motivated as I already have another build that's about to be finished up soon.
If I was to build one I'd like to do it off a tikka .223 action.

I have a action sitting for a someday .308 build. I have been shooting the 6.5 Grendel for quite a few years and after seeing it's results on deer I had been reconsidering building a bolt 6.5 Grendel but this sure looks intriguing........You'd have plenty of room in the mag for those long little missiles! Either way, it's a ways off, so I'm tagging in here to see what happens!

A friend and myself have been shooting the Grendel a while now in AR's and a bolt gun. Pretty impressive round as is, but the 131 ACE and potentially the new Berger .25cal would really max out this cases potential for mid range hunting in a very short light setup.

I spent some time looking at building that exact rifle. I recently finished a 6mm improved AR based off the 6.5 Grendel case. Mine is an 18" 7 twist rifle gas system, throated for 105g bullets. There is certainly a sweet spot with heavy .257 and .243 bullets in that case. Nearly ideal. I can certainly see how a 257 Grendel would be a hoot! Now I've been thinking about a 30 'Grendel'
We are living in the golden age of wildcat rifles. It has never been simpler to obtain a full wildcat AR. Just imagine a reamer, chamber a barrel, slap on an adjustable gas block and put it together like a lego set.

Have i missed something? What is this 'new Berger .25cal' you talk off?

There has been a rumor of Berger and Hornady (I think) coming out with a new heavier 25 cal bullet. Nothing has been released officially yet though that I'm aware of.

Been debating on just going 25BR since I have a .473 tikka bolt and would gain a few more grains in capacity and I would be reloading for it regardless. Then thinking of just converting my comp gun to 6 ARC so I can run well priced factory match ammo for once.
Meanwhile the 6.5 Grendel is still busy Slockin Pigs!

I have never looked into setting up a xp100 pistol system but I know ARS & MDT make some chassis for that receiver. If you post a thread in the specialty handgun hunting sub forum you will get much better answers than I can give you. There are some knowledgeable members on here who build these types of shooting systems and I'm sure they would be glad to guide you in the right direction. I do think the 25 Grendel would be a good choice for a LR pistol setup due to the lower recoil levels and high BC's of the heavy 25cal bullets.

I've seen and handled the XP100s in McMillan chassis. One was for sale over on Accurate Shooter. They're sweet, but (IIRC) not a repeater.
Have you considered the 6 WOA? A 6.8 SPC necked down to 6mm.
