What I have for sale is a custom Rem 700 rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC for sale. The action has been trued and the bolt fluted by LRI. It has an LRI recoil lug. The reamer used for the build is a custom reamer built by Dave Kiff of PTG designed to utilize 140 GR Nosler Ballistic Tips seated at the neck / shoulder junction with Hornady brass. It is even more accurate with 140 GR Nosler Accubonds. The stock is a Grayboe Terrain. The barrel is a 24" Bartlein 1 in 8 twist Rem Varmint contour with an 11 degree target crown. The trigger is an externally adjustable Jewell. The gunsmithing was done by Monty Robinson of Hawley, TX. The barrel is free floated and the stock is glass bedded both lug and tang. The bolt flutes were duracoated combat black. The rifle loaded with 55 GRS H1000, Hornady brass, 140 GR Nosler Ballistic Tips or Accubonds and CCI 250 mag primers shoots absolutely lights out. The scope shown is a Meopta HTR (Hunter, Target, Range) 1" diameter tube 6.5-20 x 50 w/ duplex crosshair and .25 inch adjustments. The mounts and rings are Leupold std. Round count is approx. 120. The weight of the rifle as shown is 11 pounds. (bathroom scales)

Praying for you Jack. God bless you.

G'day Jack.

Sad to hear you are so sick.

I've been reloading for 56 years and am not a "religious nut", just a bloke who loves God and shooting. You have a mighty fine rifle there and one i would be happy to own.

However, to the point. I had a run in with bowel cancer in '07 and my first reaction was to ask many of my friends at church to pray for me.
Long story short, after surgery i was absolutely at the end of my rope and had nothing left. I was in almost constant prayer at this time and God reminded me of His "everlasting arms" beneath me for when i could no longer hold the rope.
This reminded me that God will never "leave or forsake" us and this gave me the strength to carry on.
Jack, nothing can happen unless God "allows" it, rest in Him and i will pray for you that His will be done.

Steve.
