Comes with box and paperwork. No ring marks that I can see. I did mount it on a 223 for a bit and shot it. Eye relief is too long for me to get it mounted up to my liking. Would be better suited for a deer rifle. Only oddity is that the UPC has been cut off the box by the previous owner. I suspect for a mail in rebate. I bought it off Rimfire central as LNIB.
