This crossing on my property has been the demise of so many coyotes they love crossing one side to other.Shown crossing, about a month ago this boy made his last, and almost got away from me.
I had no rifle ready except the Tikka T1X,loaded as usual with velocitors.I took a shot at 91 yards ,hit him center spine look close at dark spot, well it temporarily paralyzed and slowed his movement,he tries to exit river ,and i hit him again this time he's DRT. Pictures not the best but you get the picture.

Great job, did you find the crossing spot by finding tracks Or observing Or by accident , thks in advance ,cheers
That's on my property, ,one thing one must do is know your quarry ,if there are yotes around they love crossing logs ,but yes i observed them by footprints in the snow crossing daily, nightly.Another trick is nail some bait in the middle of the crossing, works very well him trying to remove it gives you time to set up .THX

Another crossing fatality,204 right in neck completely gelled his entire head and neck,Hornady 24 grain NTX,4400 fps,not a far shot just under 100 yards.
