Supreme Court gives law suit go ahead

from what i saw, it was their advertising that got them in trouble. they didnt rule anything, but elected not to hear the case and allowing the CT supreme court to make a ruling. still ridiculous in my opinion.

They're allowing the case to go forward in order to set up precedent and create case law. The next step after Conn. Supreme court sides with the plaintiffs, it goes to US Court of appeals, then SCOTUS. Just because the case is being allowed to be brought, doesn't me automatic victory for the offense.
