Vortex razor when they are on sale. 10x50. Even the vortex viper gen2 in 10x50 are nice. I have both.
What size binos are you looking at? It looks like those suggested are larger models, but I prefer the smaller ones.

I have a set of Steiner predators, they're better than bx3s I don't have the bx4s
Between the two, I'd go with the Leupold. I m very pleased with mine and has served me well for the last 2 years. Having said that, I 'd consider Doug's Leica teaser too.

The Meopta Meopro's are really good glass in that price range. I bought a set earlier this year and I've been nothing but impressed

The older leica trinovid BA or BN models are phenomenal. Can find them used for that price range.
