It's new b for new blood from when they were drafting and sending so many people to Vietnam . As so many poor people who couldn't afford to go to college were being drafted a lot of black people were drafted and sent to Vietnam they called themselves bloods so the new guys were new blood just a little history in case some one wanted to know .

As previously mentioned get reputable manuals that you plan on using their bullets to get charge weights. Read said manual from front to back . I usually repeat the front to back read at least once more to be sure I fully understand . Most of the time that leaves no room for ignorance on my behalf.
Reloading is as safe as is anything else you could be doing just be sure to follow the rules and not go getting yourself into trouble.

I always load to the heavier bullet for safety sake . If you load any monolithic bullet ALWAYS take about 5 grains off lowest printed load and work up !!

Yes, start out with a mid-range load if the weight is within 5 to 10 grains, then work up slowly, watching for the pressure signs you learned about in the manuals.

It is no longer acceptable to use "150gr data" for all 150 gr. bullets. If you are using 150 data for a cup & core bullet (jacketed lead core), that data will NOT translate to a solid copper (monolithic) bullet! This is one reason to have several current manuals as you are more likely to find your exact components listed in one of them.
Cheers,
