Those are amazing photos.
That's one of my dream hunts but wouldn't even know where to start.

Tags. That can be incredibly tough. I've been applying for bighorn tags for a long time with no results. Frankly, am unlikely to be drawn for the tag while I'm still young & tough enough for the hunt!

Of course there are hunts that can be booked, where a draw is not necessary, but... My wallet isn't that full. :)

Have just a dessert to go for my Grand Slam so those pictures get my blood flowing again. Likely will never draw one in my lifetime, but seeing big Rams of any species is stimulating and when a couple are in the 190+ range it's just pure exciting!
 
**** nice rams. They make the rams in this part of CO look like teenagers. Too bad a few of our herds are on the decline and probably just a matter of time before another major die off. My understanding is that all the herds are carrying around here so domestic contact isn't necessary but that can happen easy enough with the grazing allotments and foraying.
