What compares to pelican rifle case?

Boyt harness makes cases for cabelas and bass pro. Metal replaceable cam style latches, o ring seal, wheels, top and side handles with steel pin hinges, multiple pad lock bosses. I like my h51 double long gun case alot.
I got my FDE "H51" branded as a basspro case on sale for $159+free next day shipping about 4 years back--it works well, fits my 26" barrel xbolt with brake (just barely) and you can buy a new foam insert for about $30 from boyt so you can have it cut for different rifle set ups.

I put butterfly, flower, and rainbow peace sign stickers on the outside of mine for when I fly/travel, it seems they treat it nicer than my all black pelican case.

You put a rifle and scope worth like 7-8K in it and they cost too much? OK.
Also I like 28" barrels with a break so 30" and most Pelicans are too short inside.
They do make one for Surveying equipment that's long enough..

not everybody has rigs that cost $7-$8k. Lol. For some people thats hard to wrap their heads around

even if you have a set up that costs $1k i get wanting to protect it - and I really don't see what the explorer case brings to the table that the boyt case doesnt other than length. Street price for the boyt is $200 ish.

I hate the foam in my Cabelas case and wish I had not bought it. It's super soft foam which means it's hell to cut.
