300 WSM Chambering

Ran the numbers from Bergers sight a 210 is
1.47 O.A.L - .209 Boatail = 1.279
300 wsm case to Nk junction 1.802
1.802 +1.279 = 3.081
Baney box would work fine.

The guys who are pushing the was hard with heavies, what brass are you using? I'm having a Tikka long action built with a stiff 23" summit carbon barrel from hells canyon. I want to push a 215 at 2900 if possible. I plan to try Bertram cuz it's tough as nails, but not do consistent. What's your favorite 300wsm brass?

Norma for me. I bought a hundred cases 9 years ago and I'm still using them. I don't even know how many times they've been fired. I anneal and fire them until the primer pockets get loose.

The only cases I've discarded are the ones that I pushed a little too hard while finding pressure. And even then I got double digit loads on them.

Rich thanks for the offer! I picked up 100pcs of Bertram weight sorted within less than 1% spread for similar price.
