I have a Knight Disc Extreme with a standard stock and I'm kinda wanting to try a thumbhole stock on it . Does anyone happen to know if a regular Disc stock will work on a Disc Extreme ? I know it's a longshot but I was hoping maybe someone might have an older Disc and a Disc Extreme that could compare their stocks . Thanks

Same stock action and barrel, only difference is the bolt and breach plug. I am using a Extreme laminate on my original DISC.

I have the original Disc stock. The ergonomics are good with the grip slightly swelled on the right side like a Sako. The comb is really low and not good. I too have thought of changing it, but because I'm cheap I broke out the rattle can/sponge and think I'll keep it as is a bit longer...

That's the stock I got rid of. The low comb and dropped butt pad rolled worse that a Weatherby style stock for me. But now that I'm older, and hopefully smarter , stopped shooting 150gr charges.

Yeh. Have a hard time keeping it consistent. I like the slim profile of the forend, but it's not forgiving and doesn't play well with a bipod.

I worked it up a load this weekend with the 250gr Maximus. 73gr weighed of BH 209 at about a minute. It'll work.

I use a Lehigh plug in my Elites, CCIM primers & B209 powder. I've shot more big bucks in IL with my Knights than with centerfires elsewhere.
