This is a CT model 310 action (same as a Lawton 8000 I believe) in a CT folding chassis (made by McRee Precision). I purchased it used and to the best of my knowledge it has had 2 barrels on there. I used it for a 338/408 CT improved until that barrel was shot out. The action is used and shows honest wear. The extractor that was on here had to be modified to work with the rims on the Bertram brass I used, so a new extractor has been installed. It will come with the (1) 7rd magazine shown in the picture. If there are specific pictures that somebody wants, just ask.

$1500 shipped for the action/chassis/magazine.

I also have a set of reamers and headspace gauge for the 338/408 variant that I had chambered on this action which I would sell to the buyer of the action if interested.

I had a sudden idea for a new project today so I'm currently in need of a new action. If anyone has a quality custom action with either a magnum (.540") or Lapua (.585") bolt face we can probably work out a trade.

Sure wish I had a action for you !
The 375 /408 has been on my mind for awhile ! I'm setting here with 5 338's at the moment.

If there's no takers on this it's going to get used for a 416 CT improved. I already did the 375 and 338 versions, so now I have to start moving up!
