If I go with this combo it will be throated for it. I am having the gun built on my tikka at HCA with their carbon wrapped 26" tubes later this year after all the new tikka stocks & accessories are available. Thanks for the response.
Mike at HCA built me a 300 win mag throated to shoot the 215 Berger. Could not be happier. Running just under 3000fps in the hands of a rookie. He will build you a great rifle.

That's what I'm talkin bout right there! I know a couple guys that have rifles built at HCA & they shoot really well. I'm confident mine will be a tackdriver as well.

Quick question for you Guys running heavies. I'm in the process of getting a wsm built on a tikka so I can run the heavies. Looking at running 215 but somewhat concerned that they won't shoot. Will I run into problems if I need to drop down to 190 or 200 grain?

The WSM has been at the top of the list for 1000 yard matches for sure. It now has some competition in the 300 max that is a better case design with better brass. I think if you look at the numbers, you might agree.

Where can we read more about it? I went to your site, but didn't see anything. I searched here, also.

Thanks. Lee
