Hodgdon's 4831 and 4831SC are part of the extreme line of powders and is Temp stable. Here is a chart that someone else posted a while back, look at Varget which everyone considers the King of Temp stable powder and then look at H4831SC. Only difference between H4831 and H4831SC is the size of the kernels. I like the SC because weighs more precisely on my scale and it settles in the cartridge more easily being a smaller size. I use H4831SC in 2 different 300 Win mags, a 7 RSAUM and a 6.5-284 with great results. I believe it would be a excellent choice and well worth considering for your 7 mag.

I use Retumbo but I understand it is getting hard to get as well. If that is the case my next choice would be H1000. In both cases I use Fed magnum match primers.

I was running Norma brass and I did quick 10 round from 68-70.5 and I never hit any pressure. And had a great flat spot around the 69 area and that is where I ended up settling in. Results are going to vary as I am pretty sure your ADG brass is a little thicker and prolly much stouter or brass than that Norma brass. Quickest way to know is load up from 66 thru like 70 or something just one round .5 gr intervals and u will see where your ceiling is going to be if u are in a time crunch. How your rifle is throated is also going to play into this so it's hard to give u a really close to the node charge weight answer.

So if I'm reading that chart right the 4831sc is even more Temp stable then Varget? And more stable the the 4831, am I reading that correct?

It's also one of the coolest burning powders available. Some claim increased barrel life as a secondary benefit.

I was looking at building a 7RM recently and according to Quickload N570 and RL33 can yield the highest velocities with 180's if one is prepared to use a drop tube and especially if throated for ~3.5" OACL.
 
I use either H1000 or RL23 in every 7RM I load for. RL23 will get you close to 3000fps in a 24" barrel with the 175 Elite. And do so with 3-4+ grains less than H1000. Still very temp stable and easy to find.

H1000 66 to 70gr
RL23 62-66gr
