The best scope that I have ever bought, real joy to work with, speaking about the BURRIS XTR II, 8 to 40, 34 MM tube, F class MOA..
I regularly shot in competition to a mile, Rifle is a 300 Win Mag, reduced down to a
7 MM, 3000 to 3050 fps knapper

I have the scope in mrad....the further out you go the faster you get there with mrad! Do you want to dial 24 moa or 6.3 mrad. The question being though...what are used to and how many other guns do you have with " SAME SCOPES" . You can forget real easy under pressure which is which if you mix them up between guns....paper doesn't care...gives you all the time in the world to fix it..... the Bull Elk probably won't be so lenient !

Depends on if you like MOA or Mils, all personal preference and what you are use too with previous scopes. As for quality and the best customer service in my book-Vortex!
