Shooting rest setups

Remy700, of course, just kidding with you. We are all strange animals with our own quirks. Have to laugh at ourselves and each other. When I get up in the morning, first on "To DO List" is to look in mirror and laugh myself. Don't want to miss the best laugh if the day.
Appreciate all the info fellows. I don't really shoot from a rest but I have one I picked up few years ago. Its a Sinclair Heavy Varmint rest. I have two windage tops for it with nice protektor bags in them. Also have a large protektor rear bag. All I do is rear bag and bipod these days but I just traded into a nice F-Class rifle. Do you think this rest setup would be sufficient for F-Class type deal? I can post a pic in a little bit.
