I'm very similar but because I don't get angry because of poor etiquette doesn't mean the next guy doesn't
. At what cost do we put up with bad form on the range and I think it does more harm than good with public perception when we have poor behavior with firearms . Just my opinion

The only thing I was wondering, as I was wasting my time reading this thread is, if the triggered person using the word bro messed up his man bun yelling as his computer?

I didn't know there were so many girls on this forum. Y'all need to start posting pics so we know from here on out so we can turn the sensitivity level of thread up a little

Can you just go ahead and let us know which range you shoot at............so none of us make the mistake of joining.

Yeah man Jesus forbid u go to the range to shoot and not talk, u don't want to get blasted in the face with muzzle brakes or black rifle brass, and u shoot a 6.5 creed!!! GET THE ROPE![/QUOTE

I go to the range with a 6.5 or. A 300 wm, a 338 lm. All suppressed. Or maybe some times with my 444 lever gun, are my AR 15 or 10, are my AK, or 22 LR........... I'm pretty dam good with all.

Been doing this for 45 years and turned a lot of folks to shooting that never did before. I look to the future of the sport not just today for my own selfish needs. Get oof your high horse and help someone else for a change.

Jerks messing with MY target, either shooting at it, removing it or patching it without asking first. Yep, I've had all three happen and it grinds my fricken gears man!
I've had all of that and worse done to my targets by other shooters at the range. It never bothered me. As a matter of fact I've always found it humorous. Fellow shooters making an honest mistake happens from time to time. You say "grinds my fricken gears" ?. You remind me of the clowns on the golf course that shoot 100 but don't want any one creating a shadow when they are putting. Get a grip bud it may be you who are actually the dangerous guy at the range.
I mind my own business, never look at what other shooters do and always ignore mishaps or people's unwarranted rudeness and stupidity with a smile.

Well, my range is pretty good. I can only shoot out to 300 yards there but it's good enough for my purposes as most of my crop damage shots are 350-400 yards. Anyway, the range is private and because I work out of the house, I can go after work in the middle of the week and often times, there is no one there, which is awesome. Most guys that do frequent the range are handloaders, so they all kinda "get" that many of us are doing precision work. It's common to have guys communicate so that shots are staggered and we don't flub eachother up. Everybody is pretty good about cease fires too, using barrel cool periods to post targets, etc. This is the case "most" of the time but every so often, someone will bring a couple Schmucks as guests and everything goes to hell. This is primarily on Saturdays, so I stay home and cut the grass.
