I recently picked one up in 338 Lapua, interested in any experience anyone may have with one.
My time is pretty limited right now so I would be looking for factory ammo that shoots well in them.

John, I have a CA TFM albeit mine's chambered in .300 WM not .338 Lapua. It's an outstanding rifle and extremely accurate with Berger factory ammo loaded with 215 gr. Hybrid VLD's. I also had excellent accuracy with the Nosler Custom ammunition loaded with 200 gr. Accubonds. Used that to take a free range aoudad in West Texas last year.

The Berger ammo is really, really accurate in my rifle and is now my go to hunting ammo for this gun. It's so accurate I'm not going to even bother reloading for it. Not sure if Berger offers factory ammo in .338 Lapua but if they do that's where I'd start.

Good luck. I think you're going to be very happy with that rifle. I love mine.

Not sure if this pics going to show up as I'm out of the country but here's a pic of mine

Thanks for the info, I love Berger bullets. I will buy a couple box's of their 250's and 300's and see which one it likes better. I have several rifles I load for, it would be nice to find one I don't have to.

Have to agree with OLI, on the Berger. CA rifles seem to have the best groups and consistency with Berger. Both in the 300 and 338.
