7mm08 and reloader 16

Hey guys, first time posting. I've recently acquired A Kimber Pro Hunter ( Cabelas Purchase ) in 7-08. Starter loads consist of the bullet I want to shoot ( 162 ELD-X ) and powders have been Rel 17 and Ramshot Hunter. Both powders are not temp insensitive as I understand. Loads so far, of course are nearing max. Hunter powder with a magazine controlled COAL is 2.80 - 2.81" is pretty compressed with a accuracy node around 2600 fps. Group that I'm pleased with but velocity a little less than I desire. The Rel 17 loading the velocity is very good with a easy 2850 at max and one because of differences shown in latest Hornady manual I've decided to back off to 45 grains and I'm getting an average velocity of 2750 ish. Which is in an area of satisfaction with me. Oh, failed to mention velocities are out of a 22" bbl.
My questions are relative to being at the change of seasons (hotter more pressure) and the powders I'm currently using I'm thinking and have already purchased a pound of Reloader 16 for it's advertised benefits. The problem there just isn't much info on it's usage or recommended loadings.
My components consist of 162 grn ELD-X's, Fed 210M or CCI-BR2's, Lupua Brass. I do both neck size with Lee Collet die and have resized with the Redding Body sizing die then follow up with the Lee Neck sizer.
Loadings accuracy wise best with Hunter but velocity a little low. With Reloader 17 velocity achievable great and accuracy fair to midland. I'm Hoping that The Rel 16 is maybe my compromise or wonder dust! Any comments/suggestions?

Thanks! That was about the only information I was able to come across. Noted the 160 grain loading, but I believe the Barnes bullets are loaded down a bit compared to the cup And core bullets. I'm interested in hearing what others might have experienced with something more closer to my bullet choice. I'm ready to test a couple of loadings in 0.5 increments starting at 42 grns and going to 44 grains and I'll just see how things progress.
