great forum here . You guys really know how to talk guns and hunting .
I have hunted the Carbon country of BC and the Southern interior since I was 16 . Going on 65 + now and still love the outdoors and a hike in the fall mountains with a good rifle .
Question I have is I normally carry my Sako fin lite in 300 WM but also one of my recent purchases is a Remy Sendaro in 7mm mag . I have fired a variety of factory ammo thru it and still looking for the round it likes .
Any suggestions on factory ammo for this beast would be appreciated

You might want to do a trigger and bed your Sendero and then find what it likes to shoot....These are 2 points that usually need attention in these rifles.... Aftermarket trigger and at least the recoil lug bedded... 168gr-180 gr bergers seem to work well in many of the 7mm Senderos...Since hound hunting BC some years ago I always say if I was young I would do whatever to move there... Sure seemed like the land of plenty to me as far as hunting...

Yes the Koots as we call it is a great place to play and hunt , however we are suffering from wolf predation and IMO poor govt management practices.
Our ungulate pop has taken a beating these last few yrs

I get to play in the South Okyy Valley once in a while close to the 49th ,,, good times with the crew out there. I'm a square head sleep in my pick-up crown land dude that drinks way to much coffee. LOL.

Welcome & Thk you for joining US !!!, not really up on what's available in factory loads for the 7mag, but try Federal fusion , Federal Premium , Remington bought out Barnes might want to try their ammo, a140 TTSX Barnes will take anything you got up there . Thks ! Now if you reload we can really help you .

I will keep pluggin away with the " beast " till I get it . I know it can do better than what I've seen so far . I have a Zeiss hd5 3-15x50 with RZ800 on it . Same as my sako 300 . So far Sako beats the hell out of it at 300 yds .
However I know my beast can and will do better .
Yes I wish I hand loaded . Now that I'm retired I just might .

Ps : anyone tried the remy 7MM 140 gr PSP Corelokts in their SENDERO .
