Kahles K525i and Swaro X5i

Cannot get my hands on either to try and I'm in the market again for another scope. Basically making my purchase decision off of recommendations, suggestions and opinions.
Comparing both the Kahles K525i 5-25x56 and the Swaro X5i 5-25x56 and saying reticles are equal....does one have any real advantage over the other in hunting applications....clarity, brightness, turret design, strength etc...? Really need to have one coming before end of next week. Thanks

Both have great glass. Kahles is FFP. As far as I know, Kahles will be mil and Swarovski will be MOA. Turrets on the Swarovski are way high. If its for hunting only, I'd probably take the Swarovski. If its for hunting and long range shooting/plinking I'd probably take the Kahles.

I suggest looking the features of each and deciding what you want. I have both scopes and both are amazing scopes.

The Kahles is MOA as well. And thanks for the info as well.

I've looked pretty hard at both, I'm more concerned about glass, turret design etc. I can deal with FFP or SFP and either ones reticles. It will be going on an Ultra so just need one to hold up as well.

I misspoke. I have a K624i and the x5. The x5 has a little better light transmission other than that the glass is essentially the same. Everything about both scopes are excellent and you would be happy with either. I prefer the X5. It is more compact and a few oz lighter.
