WTT- Surgeon 6.5x47 Hunting Rig

Traded into this and as most of you know that deal with me I like them chunky girls and this one is just to skinny for me. Surgeon 591 with Bart 8 twist 21" spiral fluted barrel threaded. Has McMillan edge stock with PTG dbm. Stock has swivel stud on front bottom for bipod and flush cups on left side. Spriral fluting was done by Kampfield. Trigger is a Calvin elite single stage curve shoe. McMillan is bedded also. Rifle was built by Casey Estep out of OK. I have not fired this rifle but previous owner said it shot very well with 130 bergers. 120 rounds fired. As usual looking for trades on high high end rifles, proof barreled rigs to top of my list. Will get pics up shortly. Weight should be around 6 1/2 to 7 lbs and will also verify. All metal is cerakoted OD green. Attached is pic from previous owner, I will get better ones up shortly.

Just trades at the moment. I am going to see if my Cerakote guy will match that dbm to the barreled action also. This is a handy little rig!

what exactly are you looking for to trade

I dabble in mostly custom higher end bolt guns and occasionally higher end custom semi autos.

What model McMillan stock is that? HTG?

I dunno brother I don't really mess with McMillan stocks. I was just told it's was a McMillan edge. I will research it a little. Thanks man

Still trying to find exact model on stock. It is textured on grip and forearm. I will keep digging. Weight on my bathroom scale seems right around 6 3/4 lbs.

Also looking for high end glass!!

I'm pretty sure that stock is made by McMillan for a specific rifle builder, which I can't think of at the moment.
