I have a 81FB 6.5 saum. I'm running Berger 140 elite hunters, 015" jump, Bertram brass, H1000, 215 primers at 3140fps. I've done a lot of testing. My ladder tests are done at 650 yards, pretty decent vertical dispersion and groups. Velocities captured with a LabRadar. The weird thing is no matter what I try, I cannot get it to group well at 100 yards. Like 3/4" or more. My SD/ES's have been good.
Anyway, I'm thinking of trying new stuff-powders/primers/bullets etc.
I've got some N560 and N565 on hand.
Anyone running any of these? I would really appreciate any load data, especially starting points. I'll report back my results.

Sorry, I am not but would like to know what your current load data is and a bit more about the rifle. I am running 60.5 of H1000 and 140 VLDH through a Bartlein 24 inch barrel getting 3075 fps. However, running into some pressure signs. As you, looking for some alternatives also

60.3 H-1000, Bertram brass, fed215 primers, Berger 140's .015" off, 81free bore. 24"barrel 3140fps

Have you passed this issue back to the rifle builder? I would think there would be some type of accuracy gaurantee?
He was a great help, I was using Hornady brass back then. It was crap, so soft the pockets were whipped after 2 firings. That was the low node too. 3050fps. I'm trying to work with the higher node now with the Bertram. Which is fantastic by the way

Exactly my experience and now experimenting with Bertram too.

Have you tried playing with seating depth?

I have a Gap 6.5 Saum Xtreme Hunter .081, that I shoot with 61 grains of h1000 with a 136 Precision Ballistics at 3020 fps. It will shoot 2" groups at 600 if I do my part. Remington brass.

I have shot 4 elk with this setup (all one shot kills) and I see no need to push it to a higher node.

You may find that the lower node is more precise with your rifle, and it's certainly easier on your brass and will give you better barrel life.

Good luck finding your sweet spot.

Ryan Pierce build that thing for you? I figured he'd have good load data for you to start with, after all most his rifles test shoot sub half moa 3 shot groups he posts on Facebook regularly. He's converting my 7mm lrm to 28 nosler, and building a new 300 norma improved, can't wait! His work is top notch and rifles flat out shoot!

I am running 63.4 gr of H1000 behind the Berger 140 elite hunter HBN coated at 3140. My entire ladder was 1 MOA even with some issues with the Bertram brass that I have since corrected. I have not done a seating depth test yet though.

Ryan has been great in helping with data. I have new Bertram brass and was trying to run at a higher node. Probably just need to work the seating depth
