Came across this brass on Bertram's website. Currently own a 338 Lapua and am looking into other options while keeping the same bolt face when I rebarrel the rifle. Lapua improved or 338 terminator are options. Does anybody have anymore info on this long Lapua cartridge and and reamer/dies/performance data? Thanks!

I emailed Bertram about there long lapua. They rent out thr reamers for it. if you would what to buy a reamer would have to get it released by Aaron from precision ordnance in Australia. they maybe getting dies soon to have in stock. Whidden makes the dies not sure if they have to be released also.Did not give me a price as to the cost to rent the dies or if they come with go and no gauges. Was told the long lapua is .360 longer than the standard lapua would push the 300 grain bullet over 3200 fps running about 125 grains of powder in it using rl50 r33 or n570. they are responding to emails on there site. If you have any questions. Only seems to answer one question at a time. wish I had more info to give you. No prices other that the brass on the web site.

Based off the raptor case. There is a Facebook page for it, more info there. Believe a few smith's stateside have reamers already.

That 33xc sounds great not sure if it would work in my trg -s action. Would have remove bolt to extract unfired round. Was going to build a 8.59 titan but brass is 18 months out. Have a xlr chassis for it 30 proof barrel any ideas?
