Same handload different grouping issue

Shot the creedmore yesterday shot 4 shots and the third shot jumped about 2 1/2"- 3" but the other 3 shots were a .7 moa group, I'm about ready to send this thing somewhere. Does anybody know what it would take to swap to a 6.5 PRC
 
Not real familiar with the prc so not sure but if I have to mess with the bolt, barrel, and mag well then I don't know if it's worth it
 
Well only two things jump out to me since its 3 guns and hand loads. Ur powder measuring is bad, broke or inconsistent or your bullets slipping after u make your measurement of them.
 
The creedmoor is the only one still giving me issues. I use rcbs 505 balance beam and none of my other rifles have issues
