Thoughts on calibers?

So I'm getting ready to get my 30-378 re-barreled and was wondering what people's thoughts on the different options that I have available. I can stick with the 30-378 weatherby witch has worked fine in the past or go to the 300 Norma? Now I'm aware that there are other 338cals available but my wife on occasions shoots the rifle and the 30-378 is plenty of kick for her! Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions

Lapua makes 300 Norma brass. I would go that route.

Peterson also makes .300 Norma Mag brass and that's what I use. It's on sale at Graf's today. But you could go either way and try lighter bullet weights and a different powder for the loads you wife shoots and she might thank you...
