Anyone know when N-570 come out again???

I can't answer your question on 570, however there might be a temporary solution. Enduron 8133 sits in between Retumbo and N570. Might be worthwhile to try.

I think it's pretty sorry that VV can't do a better job of shipping/maintaining a decent supply of this powder our way. The worst thing a guy could do is develop a good load with a component he can't buy.

I thought about using it in a 338 Norma I have being built, but after seeing their poor ability to keep it stocked, I will not use it.

I heard from another user on here that emailed them that shipments may start in the spring of 2019.

Thanks guys for the info.. I will definitely keep all of this in mind.. It is very frustrating when it seems to be such a great powder.. I guess it is just simple supply and demand.. I do agree with Cody that it would be better to use something else because of their lack to supply it... If it didn't shoot tiny groups I would ditch it.

Rumors and lies have been told year after year on when a supply of this powder will be released. I have heard everything from they had a fire at the factory... The new owners are rebuilding all the machinery... to 50 dates 3 months from the time some one emails them and they finally get an answer.... Reloader 33 is also a powder that will almost match up to N570.... It is a terrible shame that this company doesn't do something about this....

In my 28 Nosler, I have tried several powder types, H1000, Retumbo, IMR 8133, and RL33, I could never find 570 in stock, but heard all the great news of accuracy, velocity and temp stability. So, out of all the ones I have used RL33 is the most accurate and will push the Berger 195 to 3050fps in my rifle. If 570 ever is available, I am not sure I want to spend the extra dollars versus what RL33 will cost, plus with RL33, I can find it at anytime I need it, just have to check your load in the heat if developed in the cooler temps since this powder is not temp stable.

Yes 33 gets good velocity but is very unstable, and a PIA to clean.. One of the dirtiest powders I have shot. I sighted in my rifle at 6500 feet where I live at about 40 degrees with R-33. Was shooting great but very dirty. I went down to 3500 feet to shoot a Barbary sheep and the bolt was locked shut. I thought I was going to have to break the action to get it open.. I personally will never use it again.. It is very temp unstable and I don't want to risk a 5,000.00 dollar custom on a powder I can't rely on for temp stability.. It was about 70 degrees when I shot it at lower elevation.. Needles to say it was a real eye opener for me.. I will wait for the 570 or try another powder.

Since you already have a good load, I would save your pennies and when it finally does come back, whenever it may be, buy 10+ lbs of it.

I have also heard fantastic things, and if it comes back in stock I will probably buy a lb or two to keep in my powder inventory, just out of curiosity, and if it stays in stock for a year or more, I may go ahead with it. I will have other loads first though, just in case. Don't want to be caught with my pants down, so to speak ha ha.

I did what you suggested Cody. Last time it was in stock I bought as much as I could afford. I thought it was stupid when I placed the order but now it's paying dividends.

I gotta say I'm not so sure it's as great a powder as some make it seem. I came across some and picked up several pounds and have been playing around with it in my 300WM. Don't get me wrong I'm getting good results with it and now going into fall and winter I'll be able to test its temp stability. The thing I'm seeing though is I can't seem to quite get as small of groups or tight of ES as I think I should be able to. I know I got smaller groups and tighter ES with RL26 but the day to day consistency with 26 wasn't as good as I would like.

Need to shoot and test some more to see if a tweak hear or there will tighten things, it's good enough I don't wanna give up on it but can't seem to get over the hump to a great load sorta speak. Guess what I'm saying is I don't know that I would regard it as a Holy grail of powders like some do.

It definitely isn't the holy grail of all powder but it shoots awesome for me in my 300 win, 33 nosler, and 28 nosler.. Everyone has different guns and it may not work for them but, I will just have to really hope it comes back out , or I will be doing a lot of new load development.. I do like the fact that it isn't dirty in my guns and very temp stable for me.. In the end it is definitely a personal preference for me.. To each his own.. :D

Some hopefully good news here. We (Capstone) should be getting a shipment within the next few weeks. I'm being told it did get held up in customs for a random check but that's nothing out of the ordinary. I'm not sure what the exact time frame looks like since we don't deal with that side of things on the Tech end, but we should be able to get the backorders filled before the end of the year *hopefully*. The somewhat not-so-great news is that we are not getting a surplus of N570 so if dealers don't have backorders for it already, we won't be having extra until the next batch comes over. No clue when that will be, hopefully 1st quarter of next year, but don't quote me on that :)
