"hunting" stock ?

Does anyone make a "hunting stock" for a BIG action. I have a BAT "L" 10 inch by 2" that I would LOVE to use on a Chytec build....either a 375 or a 338. Did a bit of reserch and found NO information on the BAT "L".

....Or..is this a purley a custom thing?

MPI will make one. I think Pendleton stocks will also.

McMillan and Manners will both inlet for the BAT actions. If you want instantaneous, you'll just have to do the legwork and start checking websites like Bruno's and others for retail availability. But your biggest challenge will be finding a 'hunting' stock with an action area large enough for your action. You may have to accept a slightly larger or different style stock.

You won't find one off the shelf at Stocky's or a similar place, it's going to have to be a custom inlet job.

If it were me I'd probably just be patient and wait on a new McMillan.

Ya...I kinda figured......a 2" action is HUGE compaired to the run of the mill stock!!
