Did anyone notice that reporter taking a picture INFRONT of Putin firing the rifle?! :confused:o_O

Russians really don't give a **** about anything hahaha

Oh they may LOOK like safety glasses but they are really combination FLIR, XRay, Night Vision "safety glasses"....Some anonymous Russian source leaked secret to NYT. Must be true....was in the Times.

For that new rifle to be almost "advertised" by Russian military one would wonder like the article title "what's so special" about it that makes it different than other special purpose weapons they have?

Well according to the NYT it has those bullets with the red tips meaning it's incendiary, aka heat seeking. We must ban bullets before the Russian rounds infiltrate onto the American markets via that evil capitalism.
 
Yeah...or make "safer bullets" like Atty.General Joycelyn Elders suggested.

Ok. So Marine Corps is transitioning to Mark 13 Mod7 in 300WM and SOCOM is replacing .308 NATO with 6.5 Creedmoor. What do the Russians know that we do not? Are they really smarter than us or is it a Russian interference plot?

Seriously though, would like to spend a day shooting one of their new rifles.

Putin is a terrible man. But you know he can shoot. Obama wouldn't know what end the bullet comes out of.

That is just journalists at their best...being ignorant.
Two years back I was running a pistol qual range and the Public Affairs Officer (a Light Colonel) kept getting in front of the line to take photos. At strike 3 of being called out over the loud speaker our CSM escorted him off.
They live among us!

650 yards, 3 hits, two misses. All with a tricked out AK. Rob Ski can do that with an off the shelf WASR with open sights.
