Prescription Hunting Glasses

I had to get prescription glasses about a year ago, and after a year of hunting with my regular glasses, I am looking for something more durable. I am curious if anyone has experience with prescription glasses that are designed for hunting? I know I can get sunglasses with prescription lenses, but that does not do me any good in low light situations (early morning turkey hunting, or the last 30 minutes of season deer hunting). Thank you for any help!

I wear trifocals.....my new glasses are the ziess lenses from wallyworld...
You really want to make sure you have a really large area for distant and medium sight......these glasses don't work so well for shooting......but there are a lot less scratches in them for now.....
I don't think anyone wearing glasses has the best visual at low light...
I been thinking of Lazik surgery.....get rid of the glasses and just use readers......

I started wearing at 19.....32 years ago....no wonder all those girls back then wouldn't go out with me.....lol

I too wear glasses but for me its all been about compromise. When I first started wearing glasses it wasnt that much of a big deal becuase I didnt have to use progressive lenses. As Ive aged and had to go in that direction I put all my attention into contacts. I spoke about this in great lentgh with my eye doctor and he worked with me in an effort to find what worked. As mentioned by the OP my vision isnt as good with contacts as it is with my glasses but its worked well for me, plus I dont have to worry about getting rain or dirt on my glasses while hunting.
