Who made the 6mm creed barrel?

Also is the 6mm barrel threaded as well?

It's the savage grs barrel
new Savage factory 6mm Creedmoor barrel. It is 26" long, heavy varmint, threaded with protector. Barrel is 5R rifled with 1:7.5 twist
