No. No they are not. Some smaller Leupold components, like 99% of other manufacturers, are made in Asia. These scopes are made in Oregon with some imported parts.

I have 2 Sako 85 SA rifles they are both pretty special. The 260 rem shoots everything well. They changed all their models around now the new Carbon lite looks pretty sweet with a 24" 6.5 CM. The Finn lite and Finn lite 2 both have 20.25" barrels and that's kind of a deal breaker for me.
