Brand new in the box. My build plans changed so this is up for sale along with a 30 cal Proof Sendero Light, and Manners EH5A. Both are listed here as well. This action is blue printed, and has their fluted 1 piece bolt with M16 extractor, firing pin, 8-40 screws, and threaded bolt knob. It's ready for a barrel. $650 to your FFL CONUS
