Looking at getting some of the Hawkins Precision Hybrid rings, and was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of what size I need? These are my 2 setups.

Rem 700 LA with a #4 Brux barrel, will be running a Leupold VX-6 3-18x44mm
Rem 700 SA with a #4 Shilen barrel, will be running a Vortex Viper PS-T Gen II 5-25x50mm

Attached is a pic of the available options. I contacted Red Hawk Rifles about buying some and they told me to get the mediums (Which doesn't appear to be an option). I contacted Hawkins Precision, but haven't received a response as of today.

Any help is appreciated!

I just put a 20 moa set on my Christensen Arms Ridgeline, Ordered from redhawk. Mediums are .4 if I remember correctly and with my vx6 3-18x50 it's a perfect fit, just enough clearance between scope bell and barrel. Hope that helps. Awesome rings by the way

I believe the OP is referring to the Hybrid rings for direct mount. Lows are .5 and highs are .6, both offer in 25 moa.

Your right, sorry to confuse. I was going off memory for the hieght and moa. Trying to relay mediums with a 50mm scope and a carbon barrel work well together on my Ridgeline short action . Rehawk has the .5 labeled as medium , makes things confusing when numbers don't match manufacturer and retailer but that's what I bought and it works

Yah! I do it all the time. Case in point, those hybrid heights are for 30mm scopes only. Forgot to add that. LOL

I put a set on my ridgeline with a nightforce atacr 5x25x56 and went with the taller of the two per Hawkins recommendation and the fit and finish is perfect in my opinion.

I've got a set of "high" 30mm Hawkins hybrids on my Ridgeline. The highs fit a 50mm zeiss V6 obj perfectly.

I'd be willing to bet the lows would be perfect for the 44mm.

I agree with Brentc and want to thank the guys on here for recommending Hawkins to me in my search. Really happy with Hawkins!

I have a set of the 25 moa .6" high 30 mm long range hybrid Hawkins rings brand new I will sell for $100 shipped

Ended up just putting the VX6 3-18x44 on my SA rifle in 22-250 AI. The low rings worked great with the 44mm, probably could handle a 50mm.

I just snugged everything, just to see the scope on the gun. That said, does anyone know the proper torque specs for the base screws for the Hawkins Hybrid Rings? Hawkins website lists specs for their lightweight rings, but not the Hybrids.

I torqued mine to 25 in/lb with blue Loctite.

This is what Hawkins sent me.

The torque specs for the Hybrids are:

6-48 Screws (Remington) = 15

8-40 Screws (Stiller/LP) = 22

Cap Screws = 25
