hi all,

This is my first post on any group. I usually just read but am getting more and more into precision shooting and am looking for ways to help get me started in competition shooting. I enjoy reloading and am currently shooting/reloading a ton of 6mm Creedmoor, .223 Rem, 6.5 Creedmoor and 28 Nosler, and am getting back into .308 and 7rem mag. I've been shooting about 100 rounds/week at my local outdoor gun range (50-300 yards only until the 1,000 yard range dries out) but have basically just been a BDC shooter. I'm looking at getting in to dialing and have upgraded several rifles and a few scopes (changed from MOA to MRAD) to be able to get better and have fun while doing it just because a couple buddies use MRAD to make it easier. I will end up getting a Kestrel but have a few large items to purchase before it so am trying to use an app called TRASOL (by Desert Tech and Sniper's Hide) but am having trouble figuring it out. Is there an easier way? I have a magnespeed V3 so am getting accurate chrono speeds and have some accurate loads that I'd like to take the next step and learn to start dialing dope but need help on getting this part figured out. Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome!! I'm close by, South West Wyoming, my cousin and I frequently go over to Idaho, my aunt and uncle have a hunting ranch between Georgetown and Soda Springs, on the East side of the highway.

I use Applied Ballistics, so I can't be of any help with your specific app, but all I do is dial. What kind of things are you having trouble figuring out?
