Tikka Makeover

Very nice! Did you swap out bolt shroud and trigger guard, or are those the new Tikka pieces?

Swapped the plastic bottom metal and plastic shroud for aluminum pieces. Swapped the recoil lug for a stout piece when I bedded the barreled action intothe stock.

Truth be told, this was the third and last stock I built for him. All on new Tikkas. I'll have to see if I took any pictures of the other two before they went out the door.
 
Wow! I don't think that gun needs to be fired ever again. Put it in a museum or something cause that's amazing

The almost rollover cheek rest and shadow-lines are impeccably done! as my "handle says, I am a woodnut! Congratulations on a job very well done on a fine barreled action.
