Suppressor Suggestions?

I own a 30 cal thunder Beast ultra 7 that I use on several different rifles, most of which are hunting rifles. My main hunting rig is a 7 SAUM, I wouldn't go with anything smaller than the 7" on that size case you just won't get the sound suppression you need. It sounds like your primarily running the large magnum cases so I would think very seriously about a tbac Ultra 9 in 30 cal, if you are worried about the length in the field then maybe, maybe get an ultra 7 but you will take a hit in sound suppression.

I have a varminter 3.0 sold by Dakota silencers and made by Mack brothers. I love it it's 9" long full titanium and weights 13 oz. And is extremely quite. I use it on my 22 all the way up to my 300 ultra mag.
They now have the varminter 4.0 out and you can change the length of the suppressor from 9" to 7" by taking out a couple of the baffles in the suppressor. These are definitely worth checking out and priced very reasonably.

You are spot on with this Can..one i use one my 7mm mag & 6.5 creedmore the other is used on 5.56 , .221 fireball, 22 mag
Titanium in my opinion is Tops..!
Actually the larger can i use on the smaller cals..and sometimes more effective.
Mack Bros has a new version..it out on due out soon
I prefer thread on and i do my own treading..just saying
And the bonus to a can...lessons recoil..

Sorry I didn't get on this sooner, but I have eight of the addictive cans! All of mine are build in Radford,Va. at T & J Tactical,LLC. All are direct screw ons. LOVE them! I have a 30 cal. can I put on my 7 STW and it makes one grin from ear to ear! He does make cans to attach to brakes, too. Quick attach. You really should talk to Jeff before buying.
I have not noticed any POI shift when I take it off and put back on. Yes, POI does shift when you go from no can to a can, but once my rifle is zeroed with a can, it stays zeroed. Accuracy is improved. True, it will add length and weight so consider that.
Now for a bummer. Today it may take a year to get one! The approval process is extremely slow now. I do recommend getting a Trust for it so you can pass it on and those on the trust can use it.
Contact Jeff at T&J. He's trustworthy and very knowledgeable. 540-605-0603. Has a web site and email at [email protected].

I'm also relatively new to suppressors but I'd highly recommend the Thunderbeast products. I have a 338 Ultra on my 338 Edge and am very happy with it. Also have a 30-06 Ackley and purchased two of their 338 brakes so switching the can between the two is simple and I've not had any zero shift swapping the can. If I'm going to shoot without the can there is a small shift in POI.

Only complaint is it adds 10.4" to what's already a pretty long setup. So, I'm planning on getting a 30 cal Ultra 7 to use on the -06 and a new 6.5 build. But the can is very well made, light and functions well. I can't believe how quiet the Edge is with the can.

I want to second the sig sauer SRD762QD, I do have it in titanium and love the quick disconnect and use it on several guns. Very convenient to switch, also to carry to where hunting and attach with zero point of aim changes.

I'm running a switch barrel setup, 338 lapua, 300 norma, 7-300 Norma improved, all will have area 419 setup on them with a 338 ultra thunder beast when it clears ATF.
