My best Bull yet, 264WM @ 658

Well I'm sure jealous, that is a great bull!

Mind if I ask if that was the intended point of impact?
We had some weird winds in the canyon all day, 3 different directions and speeds when I shot. The math told me I'd get about 6-8" of drift, but I wasn't 100% sure which way it would go. I held right on the front shoulder, bullet drifted about 6" left. That hold gave me what I figured would be a vital hit either way.

Congratulations! Awesome bull and awesome shot too!
What is your rifle setup if you don't mind sharing?

I can understand that.

The rifle started life as a Sendero 7mm rem, it's been redone with a 26" Wilson 1:9 in 264 win mag, has a Burris veracity 4-20. Brad Stair did all the work on it, really good shooting rifle. Likes 140 bergers with RL26. Has a custom kryptek style cerakote job on the stock and scope, metal is sniper grey.

Very nice piece! I've been wanting a 264 mag for a while, now you just made it worse! Lol. Maybe because it's pretty rare around here. Performance is great and obviously it will kill distant elk ;).
Congratulations again...and very nice rifle.
Do you like your scope? I've got one of those on my 6mmx55 build...just haven't gotten to shoot it alot yet.

I really like that Veracity scope. Glass is very good, tracking is excellent, and I really like their foolproof zero stop system.
