7LRM case trim length

I would bet that the chamber end is longer than the max specification. Why not determine the trim specification yourself?

Here are two ways to find out.

1)Use the working drawing of the reamer that made your chamber.
2)Use chamber plugs and actually measure the distance.

I am sure you hate case trimming as much as the rest of us. Why trim if you don't have to? Get the actual distance to end of the chamber and trim for clearance of .010" or so. Some chambers are so long the brass doesn't need trimming for its useful life!
