Help with my Savage 12 Long Range Precision

I had a Savage built with a 1 in 8" twist Brux barrel in 6mm Norma BR. which I shoot Berger 105 grain VLDs at 1,000 yards. It was built with a Savage duel port action and target trigger. The first time I ever shot at 1,000 yards I shot 3 five shot groups which are written on the lower right of target. I shot each group as fast as I could without watching the wind. On another day I shot my best group that measured 3.25 inches reading the wind. It also shoots less than 2 inches at 400 yards.

I use a Vortex PST FFP MOA scope 6-24x50mm with a custom turret that is dead nuts accurate.

Nice shooting. I'm looking to get a Savage 12 LRP in .260 Remington for some distance shooting. After seeing what you've been able to accomplish I think I'll enjoy adding the .260 to my collection.
