I have a question with a Sfp scope using turrets does the moa dial value change with the magnification from a lower power to a higher one for I have my scope choices down between a march Sfp or the premier that has a Ffp. But I like the power range with the march. Thanks for you help
I was looking at scopes march and premier and can't decide. But if I choose march with a second focal plane I know it can change the mil dot reticle but. If using turrets does that change the amount of moa clicks you make if on different powers. Also what do you guys know of march optics are...
I was looking at the kahles 4x18 then a premier lt 4 x 15 or the march 2.5x 25 hunter I like the march but the warranty sucks if it does ever brake for that much coin and there is alway a chance it could have a issue later then the five year covers. So would like to hear your thoughts.
I was just wondering if you have thought about other caliber's to start with. I think everyone should have a smaller caliber also. Maybe start with something like a 308 or a short mag. Most with the right bullets choice will reach out there a long ways. While helping build good shoot form and...
I just went through what You are and decided a 338 edge for if I ever choose to shoot the big 300 grain smk or berger I have the extra power. For now though I plan on using 225's and maybe 250's. I think that either way it will be a hell of a rifle.
Thanks for the info I did mean Timney. I just want to make sure it will always work I go out for a two week hunt every year so cleaning it in the field I don't want to deal with it rains and snows so crap getting in there can happens and I don't need it to freeze up. Ya never know when a bear...
Here on Kodiak I need to know the trigger will work every time for I can't take a chance with the bears we have. Kirby is building my rifle and said a Jewell is on the order but I have heard some issues with them and dust so before I change my mind on him I want to here what you all think.
For a trigger which one would go through hell and still function. The weather up here in AK can get cold and wet so what one for a rifle that will never fail. I don't want a issue with it not working when you need it to.
