    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

That is true, we are very spoiled in NZ and anyone can get a Firearms License or tourist version and go hunting on public land that holds tremendous trophies.

    6.5 Prc - Review

Great article! I think shooters are spoiled for choice when it comes to the 264 calibre these days. It seems the US market is catching on to the popularity of the ‘little’ 6.5mm that has been enjoyed worldwide for some time. Another great option that has been around for some time is the...

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

They are good bullets. I used the prohunters for years in the 308.

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

Have yet to shoot something heavier bodied, however based on my fellow hunters results here in NZ they seem to be on the harder side when compared to ELD-X.

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

That's right. Paul sent me some directly with the H1000. I saw 12 reds at the farm the week prior but they weren't there in the weekend. I have heaps of video to edit up and will throw the link on here once uploaded.

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

My assumption was based on the way the lead Ally stuck to the case when I melted the core out with a blow torch. Good bullets though.

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

I think they are a bonded bullet. We did not manage to recover any projectiles but judging by the exit wound shape and diameter it would indicate all projectiles stayed together. This is in line with what they are doing in ballistic gel also.

    Sierra GameChanger review from NZ

Sierra recently released a new series of plastic tipped hunting projectiles called the ‘GameChanger’. Sierra has produced some great traditional lead nose hunting bullets over the years with their GameKing and Pro-Hunter lines and I have used them to shoot a lot of animals. The packaging labels...

264 win mag vs 6.5x300 weatherby

I have a 264 Win Mag built on a Howa action with a Shilen 26" match barrel. I have shot all types of game here in NZ with this rifle using 140 Grain SST bullets from Hornady. I have about 350 rounds down and it is still a half MOA gun. I have tried the Hornady 120 gr GMX and 90 GR peer TNT and...
