    For the 264 guys

My choice would be the original 140 gr Accubond. At 400 - 500 yds there is no need for the softer LRAB, plus if your shot winds up being inside 150 I'd want the stouter construction of the original especially if I had to drive one through a shoulder. Just my .02 Chris

I chose the March 2.5x25x42 Tactical, so far I'm liking it. Chris

Clean brass everytime before reloading match?

7000 grains in 1 pound of powder if that helps. Chris

    March Optics 2.5x - 25x Hunter scope

While I haven't tried it yet, I believe you would have no problem taking a shot at 24x during legal hunting hours. Now if you're in really thick timber at last light or hunting coyotes at night you'll need to crank the power down. Chris

    March Optics 2.5x - 25x Hunter scope

I've just got the 2.5x25x42 Tactical for my 26 Nosler. I bought it thinking it would be the perfect compromise for a hunting scope. The glass is great and the turrets very crisp when you adjust them. The side focus is a little touchy but that's not a major thing to get used to. As far as...

    Nosler Longrange Accubond

I have the rifle sighted in for the Amax load @ 100 yds, the AB load just happened to hit 3/4" lower. I use the AB out to 250 then switch. Chris

    Nosler Longrange Accubond

Carson, I do that very thing all the time with my 7SAUM. My long range load with the 162 Amax is to long for the S/A magazine so I load the 160 gr Accubond for general use and if a long shot presents I just switch out the AB for the Amax. Chris

    Nosler Longrange Accubond

Take a look at the 200 gr Accubond. With a .588 b.c and bonded core it makes for a very good "compromise" hunting bullet. Chris

    Barrel cleaning

Brass brushes will cause you to get blue color on your patches, even if your bore is copper free. Brass is made of copper and zinc. Chris

    22 Mag and Coyotes

Mine worked fine inside 100 yds with proper shot placement. Didn't shoot a lot of them but the ones I did died quick. Chris

    Close encounter bear hunt

Well I finally accumulated enough points to go on my first Wisconsin bear hunt this fall. I opted for an outfitted hunt as I work way too much and didn’t have the time or the place to bait on my own. I also went with a firearm vs bow just to increase my odds since it would be a minimum of 6...
