    7mm Rem Mag load Help

Some time back I got an app for Sierra that has load data. I think it was even free. 71.2 gr R 25 is their recommended accuracy load. 7828 62.5-67.7 H1000 61.1-70.8 R25 62,4-71.8

    SOLD/EXPIRED **Price Reduced** FN A3G 308win.

I will give it a bump. The McMillan A3 adjustable and a Model 70 action are worth something. Pretty sure the FBI used this weapon and chose it based on a lot of testing. The barrel is supposedly rated for 10,000 rounds. good practice rifle.

    SOLD/EXPIRED **Price Reduced** FN A3G 308win.

The FN A3G is probably the most underrated factory rifle produced. I think it's discontinued. 308s aren't the prettiest girls at the prom anymore but FN built a good rifle. If the A3G came in a Creedmoor FN probably couldn't produce them fast enough.

    6 Creedmoor powder

H4831 were my best groups but had horrible velocity spreads and lower velocity in general than H4350 or IMR 4451. I wasn't much above 2800 fps but I didn't push it tothe limits. Don't remember the exact charge but was near max according to Hornady, Sierra, and Hodgdon manuals. 4350 wasn't as...

    6mm creedmoor Load help

I had better accuracy with IMR 4451 and H4831 over 4350 but lost a little velocity. 105 Berger VLD and 40.5 gr of 4451 is what I settled on.

    .260 load

+1 on H4831. Never tried Berger VLD because they're too long for my magazine but with Sierra MK I use 45.6 grains.

    6.5 CM or 260 Rem

If you're planning on using VLD bullets, go with the shorter case . Maybe even consider the shorter case of the 6.5 Lapua. VLD bullets seated to the lands won't fit the magazine in my 260. Plus I hear nobody has ever missed with a Creedmoor. You're instantly cool when you own a Creedmoor. When...

Ok I am not a big fan of the 6.5 Creedmore

I wonder how many 6.5 Creedmoor shooters have marital problems. I think some would rather fondle their Creedmoor than their wife.

Ok I am not a big fan of the 6.5 Creedmore

All I know is every year there is guys filling freezers with old fashioned cartridges like 270, 25-06, 30-06 and even 30-30s. Every year there's also a lot of guys choking with the latest and greatest 6.5 or 28 Nosler cartridges. Good scouting, calm nerves, and a steady rest is more important...

    22 cal showdown

That's about what I had in mind.8 twist barrels seem more common than 9 so I will probably have it barreled with an 8and first try 69 Sierra or either 68 or 75 grain Hornady hpbt. I still like some velocity and flat trajectory for hunting....especially coyotes. There's not always time to range...

    Larue 260 remington reloading help

when I got my 260 bolt gun everyone told me H4350 and 130 gr Berger was the only load to consider. I had better luck with 140 gr bullets and H4831. You might give it a try

    22 cal showdown

Let's keep this thread going since it is illegal in CO to hunt coyotes with anything bigger than 22 cal during big game seasons. I'm seriously considering an 8 twist 22-250 right now. What's good and what's bad? What temp stable powder is good and will any 68-75 grain bullets expand on coyotes...
