I love that this site is so thoroughly devoted to long range hunting and shooting. I hope to enjoy, benefit from, and benefit others through this site. I don't do FB, but I wouldn't mind being asked to contribute to LRH directly if operating costs aren't being met or improvements need to be made.

You can avoid viruses 99.999...% just by buying a Mac. Keep your internal firewall on. Get AdBlock Plus and subscribe to supporter's List. My $0.02 on computers. As for promoting LRH, what is the right size for this organization? Don't organizations, like bullets, stabilize at a certain point...

I just got 250 pieces of brass with a rifle. I think it's Remington, fired once to my knowledge. Let me check it when I get home tomorrow. I'm in Missoula so you could look at it first, assuming you're in the area.

Just got a .300 RUM for elk hunting in western Montana. Need a laser range finder with angle compensation. Looking for something over 1000 yard capability on the range finder. Thanks!

Got em. Phone pics are always a little blurry but I understand you can't beat the convenience. I'm used to looking at tactical type rifles so the camo color hunting profile stock takes some adjustment, but on paper it looks like a winner, especially for a first real rifle for me to try elk...
