I'm fully aware of the 338/378 Weatherby and I'm sure that's what the person I was referring to (dgr416) meant, but he mentioned a custom built rifle for Weatherby in 348/378, I wasn't aware of such a caliber or that Weatherby would have a custom rifle built.

I got my ram also 30 plus years ago in the Middle Fork of the Salmon, Unit 27-3, a friend of mine and I packed in from top at a trailhead with our gear on our backs.
