Oh, believe me, I know it’s not for everyone. I’m really late to long range shooting and hunting ,only just started doing that about 3 years ago. I may shoot only a couple hundred rounds this year and go on one or two hunts.

It’s been awhile since I loaded it. I sold the rifle a couple years ago so I can’t remember the details exactly but it was seated about as far out as I was comfortable with and still was .030 or maybe even .040 off the lands. I used 58 grains H4350. ....work up etc. !!

I had excellent accuracy and velocity with H4350 and the 185 Classic Hunter Had a long throated Remington and got 2840 fps.

The Maverick, on their site, is the APR Hunter action. Says it’s controlled round feed. Who makes their actions ? They are only 2 1/2 hours from me. I’d like to go up and visit them. Been thinking about a 6 creed !
