I had this problem right before (earlier today) my limb split too....hope it doesn't happen to you too, but my groups kept moving sideways, then one time as I was getting ready to shoot....POP! I decocked and checked the limbs, and my right one had split after about 50 shots.

Quick comment on the subject... I just tested my tac15 with Rage 3 blade 100 grns collapsables.....they are hitting exactly where my 100 grain field points are hitting. I even tried firing 1 field point, then 1 rage, back and fourth, and when I walked to the target, I had to pull each one out...

Thats got to be a very frustrating situation, and I'd be pretty angry too....BUT....problems like this are very rare (I know that doesn't help YOUR situation one bit). By comparison, look at the problems the Bowtech crossbows have....you'd swear there are as many problems as there are owners. Tim

I've got a hunting trip planned this weekend, so last night I took some spray lithium grease, and sprayed the area you mentioned, as well as the area I assumed to be the "pivots"....noise is gone! I may have PSE look at it when I get back, but for now it should get me through the weekend. Tim

I can hear a ticking noise coming from my right cam area (I think) when I cock the bow...the PSE troubleshooting guide says, "pockets or pivots may need to be greased, especially betwwen the pivots and the riser." What the heck is a pocket or pivot??? Tim

I would recommend leaving it cocked until you shoot at a deer!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist). Other than that... I'm planning on decocking mine when I leave the woods every day though. Michigan law says it should be unstrung OR placed in a case for transport, but I'll do both.

Hi all, I recently got a Tac 15 and I've been having fun playing around with it. I got the regular tac 15, not 15i, because I have several ar15's around, so for me this made more sense. Along with the tac 15 I also got the PSE scope, which is the Accu-shot 3-12x mil-dot. This may be a "duh"...
