I believe it is a Type II. There is no "plate" in the front of the magazine. I wouldn't know how else to identify it and it isn't marked.

I have a complete magazine setup for a long action Savage off a 7mm Magnum. Screws, trigger guard, metal, and magazine.

What's the twist? I'm looking to launch the heavy bullets, so 1:8" is the slowest I can use.

I have a Savage model 12 take-off barrel in .204 Ruger. It's 26", Varmint profile, 1:12" twist with a recessed crown. Never fired. I'm converting to .223 Ackley, so this is of no use to me. Asking $150 or so. Shipping will be figured out based on your location, but shouldn't be more than $10-15.
